Tri-Pak replacement Belt Sizer belts are manufactured from durable, woven-fiber-reinforced PVC designed to withstand continuous operation in demanding post-harvest packing environments. Standard belts are 60" wide and can be fabricated with sizing holes cut to the specifications required for your produce and grading application.

Each belt is joined with stainless steel lacing for reliable service and straightforward installation. Sizing holes are chamfered to provide smooth edges that minimize contact damage as produce passes through the belt during operation.

Replacement belts are available for existing Tri-Pak Belt Sizer systems and can be manufactured to match your required hole diameter, spacing, and sizing pattern. This allows operators to restore sizing performance or reconfigure a Belt Sizer for a different produce grade or application.
