The X-Pand method gives accurately crowned pulleys with uniform wall thickness across the full face width. These are available in a wide range of sizes and are equipped with split taper bushings for easy assembly to a variety of shaft sizes.

TROUBLE-FREE PERFORMANCE
Standard duty X-Pand pulleys are excellent for most produce conveyors where loads are moderate. Positive crown pulleys are standard and normally used on head pulleys.

Powered by a 999cc V-twin gasoline engine, the G-40-SS is capable of processing up to 4 tons of ice per hour with an experienced crew of at least three operators. The combustion-driven design allows the unit to function independently of fixed electrical infrastructure, expanding its usability in locations where power access is limited or unavailable.

TAPERED HUB WITH SPLIT TAPER BUSHING
The use of split taper bushings allows the selection of numerous bores for the same pulley. In addition to being more versatile and flexible in application, this feature reduces inventory requirements and helps Tri-Pak make quicker delivery of the pulleys you require.
