The E-85 Ice Crusher Slinger is a heavy-duty electric processing system designed to convert large block ice or bagged ice into consistent flake ice for demanding commercial and industrial applications. Built for high-volume throughput and long-duty cycles, it combines crushing power with controlled discharge performance.

A 75HP electric motor drives the primary impeller, capable of slinging processed flake ice up to 80 feet through the Spiralflex hose and patented icing nozzle. A dedicated 10HP electric motor powers the crusher drum and infeed chain, drawing in and breaking down 300-pound ice blocks before further pulverization in the slinger assembly. This dual-motor configuration allows simultaneous crushing and discharge for continuous production flow.

For operational flexibility, the standard block infeed can be replaced with an optional hopper attachment, allowing the dumping of bagged ice or integration with an overhead ice flume system. Each motor is managed with a soft-start controller to reduce startup current spikes and help stabilize power demand during intermittent heavy loads.

The E-85 requires access to a 3-phase 200A power supply and is engineered for facilities equipped to support high-capacity electric equipment.
